Casa Gaia is Charlotte's first dedicated sound healing studio: a sacred space built for the people of this city who are craving something deeper. A place to come as you are, exhale, and leave feeling brand new.
But we are more than four walls and crystal bowls.
Everything we do from the way we design our space to the way we build our team is rooted in one belief: that healing should feel like coming home. We offer sound bath sessions, wellness and fitness classes, workshops, social gatherings, and more-all inside a space intentionally designed to make you feel it the moment you walk in. And this is just the beginning.
Casa Gaia will grow into retreats, brand partnerships, and experiences that reach far beyond Charlotte.

We are not just hiring facilitators. We are building a founding team of healers who are ready to share their purpose, grow their career, and be part of something Charlotte has never seen before.
If you are a certified sound healer, yoga instructor, Pilates teacher, breathwork facilitator, or wellness professional who shows up with intention, serves with heart, and is hungry to grow, we want to hear from you.
As a Casa Gaia facilitator you will have access to:

All facilitators join Casa Gaia as independent contractors. This means you have the flexibility to build your practice on your own terms while being part of something much bigger than yourself.
We offer competitive contractor pay structured around a revenue share model, the more your sessions grow, the more you earn. Your success and ours are one and the same.
What We Look For
Credentials & Experience
— Valid certification in your area of expertise: sound healing, yoga, Pilates, breathwork, or another relevant wellness discipline
— Demonstrated experience facilitating or instructing in a professional setting
— Experience holding space for groups of people
— You know how to read a room and meet people where they are
— An active social media account or professional website that showcases your work
Character & Mindset
— Motivated, determined and deeply passionate about the work you do
— A genuine growth mindset : you are always learning, refining your craft and open to evolving
— The ability to receive constructive feedback with grace and use it to become better
— Emotionally intelligent, grounded and truly present with the people you serve

Practical Requirements
— Based in Charlotte, NC or able to reliably commute
— Able to commit to a consistent and dependable schedule
— Active liability insurance or willingness to obtain coverage before your first session
— A signed independent contractor agreement and W-9 required before your first session with us
