Daily sound healing in every format — a quick midday reset, a full 60 minute immersion, or a monthly 90 minute specialty experience with guest artists.

Weekly breathwork sessions — each one uniquely themed so no two ever feel the same.

Yoga of every style, sculpt, Mat Pilates, and combo classes that bring different modalities together.

Once a month the studio closes to the public for an exclusive members-only gathering with tea, bites, and good energy.
