Introduction

Welcome to Casa Gaia Sound Healing Studio. By accessing our website at casagaiastudio.com, purchasing a membership, booking a class or session, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Offered

Casa Gaia Sound Healing Studio offers sound bath sessions, fitness and movement classes, breathwork, workshops, social gatherings, memberships, class packs, drop-in sessions, and studio venue rentals. All services are subject to availability and the terms outlined in this document.

Membership Terms

Casa Gaia offers three monthly membership tiers: Root, Rise, and Limitless, as well as an Annual Unlimited membership. All founding memberships except for the annual membership begin with a 3 month minimum commitment. No cancellations are permitted during the 3 month minimum period.

After the 3 month minimum is fulfilled, memberships continue on a month to month basis and may be cancelled at any time by submitting a written cancellation request to contact@casagaiastudio.com with a minimum of 30 days written notice. Once your cancellation request is received your membership will remain active through the end of your next full billing cycle. Any billing that falls within that period will be charged as normal and is non-refundable.

Founding members who cancel their membership and choose to rejoin at a later date will no longer be eligible for the founding member rate. Regular pricing will apply at the time of rejoining. The Annual Unlimited Membership is a one year commitment paid in full at the time of purchase and is non-refundable.

Bloom - Unlimited for New Members Offer (For Intro Offer Customers)

The Bloom- Unlimited for New Members is a one-time introductory offer available to new Casa Gaia members only. This offer may not be combined with any other promotion, discount, or membership offer.

The following conditions apply:

Access begins on the date of purchase
After the first month this plan automatically renews at the same rate
One purchase per person-this offer may not be used more than once under any circumstances
This offer is not available to anyone who has previously held a Casa Gaia membership, class pack, or intro offer of any kind
Members may cancel at any time by submitting a written cancellation request to contact@casagaiastudio.com with a minimum of 30 days written notice. Once received your membership will remain active through the end of your next full billing cycle. Any billing that falls within that period is non-refundable
All sales are final-no refunds, credits, or transfers once a purchase has been made
A $10 no-show fee applies if you book a class and do not cancel at least 6 hours before the scheduled start time

Class Bookings and Cancellations

All classes and sessions must be booked in advance through the Casa Gaia booking platform. Sessions are subject to availability. If a session is fully booked you may join the waitlist. Waitlist spots are assigned automatically in the order they were added. If a spot becomes available you will be automatically enrolled and notified.

Members and guests may cancel their booked session up to 6 hours before the session start time with no penalty. Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the session start time are considered late cancellations.

If you book a session and do not attend without cancelling in advance the following applies:

Class pack and drop-in members will forfeit their class credit for that session. No refund or credit will be issued.
Unlimited members will be charged a $10 no-show fee to their card on file.

Arrival Policy

All members and guests are required to arrive at least 10 minutes before their session begins. This allows time to settle in and ensures the experience is not disrupted for other guests. Doors will be locked 5 minutes after the session starts. Late arrivals will not be admitted under any circumstances. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions due to late arrival.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Casa Gaia does not offer refunds on any purchases including memberships, class packs, drop-in sessions, or workshop tickets. All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please ensure you are ready to commit before completing your purchase.

Membership Pause

All active members, including those still within their 3-month minimum commitment period, may request a membership pause for the following approved reasons: travel, medical circumstances, or a temporary injury or personal hardship. Pause requests must be submitted in writing to contact@casagaiastudio.com a minimum of 7 days before your next billing date.

Pauses are subject to the following conditions:

Memberships may be paused for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 60 days
Pauses are permitted up to two times per calendar year with a combined total not exceeding 60 days
Your membership will automatically reactivate at the end of your approved pause period
Pause periods do not count toward your membership commitment. Any months paused will be added to the end of your minimum term accordingly
Pause requests are not guaranteed and are reviewed and approved at the discretion of Casa Gaia

Medical Early Termination

Medical early termination is reserved for members who have received a permanent or long-term diagnosis that prevents them from participating in physical activity indefinitely. Temporary injuries, short-term recovery periods, or conditions with an expected return to activity do not qualify for medical early termination — these situations are better accommodated through our membership pause option outlined above.

To be considered for medical early termination, members must submit the following in writing to contact@casagaiastudio.com:

A written cancellation request stating the medical reason
Supporting documentation from a licensed healthcare provider confirming a permanent or long-term condition and the member's indefinite inability to participate in physical activity

Medical termination requests are reviewed on a case by case basis and are not automatically guaranteed. If approved the membership will be cancelled at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for any prior payments made. Casa Gaia reserves the right to request additional documentation and to deny requests that do not meet the criteria outlined above.

Age Policy

Casa Gaia sessions and classes are open to guests aged 16 and older. Guests between the ages of 16 and 17 must have written parental or guardian consent before attending any session. Guests under the age of 16 are not permitted in the studio.

Food and Drink Policy

Only water and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted inside the Casa Gaia studio. No food is allowed inside the studio space. No alcohol or substances of any kind are permitted on the premises at any time.

Photography and Video

Photography and video are permitted anywhere inside the Casa Gaia studio. By attending a session, event, or gathering at Casa Gaia you acknowledge that Casa Gaia may capture photos or video during sessions for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included in any photography or video content please notify a team member before your session begins.

Health and Safety

By booking a session or purchasing a membership you confirm that you are in suitable physical and mental health to participate in the activities offered at Casa Gaia. You are responsible for consulting a qualified medical professional before participating if you have any existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns.

Please inform your facilitator of any injuries, health conditions, or limitations before your session begins. Casa Gaia and its facilitators are not responsible for any injury, illness, or health complication that arises during or as a result of participation in any session or class.

Liability

Participation in all Casa Gaia sessions, classes, workshops, and events is entirely at your own risk. Casa Gaia Sound Healing Studio, its founder, facilitators, and team members are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or harm to persons or personal property that occurs on the premises or as a result of participation in any offering.

By using our services you agree to release Casa Gaia Sound Healing Studio from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from your participation.

Venue Rental Terms

Studio venue rentals are available to independent wellness practitioners at a rate of $65 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. Rental time includes setup and cleanup. Renters are responsible for calculating adequate time for both when booking.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to hold the date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event.

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event may receive a credit toward a future booking. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event forfeit the full rental amount.

Renters are required to carry their own event liability insurance before their booking is confirmed. No alcohol is permitted on the premises. The studio must be left in the same condition it was found. Any damage caused during a rental is the financial responsibility of the renter. Casa Gaia is not liable for any injuries or claims that arise during a rental event.

Intellectual Property

All Casa Gaia content including but not limited to the website, branding, class formats, programming, and marketing materials is the intellectual property of Casa Gaia Sound Healing Studio. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission from Casa Gaia.

Changes to These Terms

Casa Gaia reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of North Carolina.
