Refund Policy

Our Policy

All purchases made at Casa Gaia Sound Healing Studio are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchases under any circumstances. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Memberships

All membership fees are non-refundable. This applies to all tiers including Root, Rise, Limitless, and the Annual Unlimited membership. Monthly membership charges that fall within your active billing period are non-refundable, including any charges that occur during your 30 day cancellation notice period. Founding members who cancel and choose to rejoin will be enrolled at current regular pricing. The founding member rate is non-transferable and non-reinstatable once forfeited. The Annual Unlimited Membership is paid in full at the time of purchase and is non-refundable.

Class Packs

All class pack purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Class pack sessions that are unused at the time of expiration are forfeited and cannot be refunded or extended.

Drop-In Sessions

All drop-in session purchases are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a session you have booked please cancel your reservation in advance through the booking platform so your spot can be released to another guest.

Workshop Tickets

All workshop ticket purchases are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a workshop you have purchased a ticket for please contact us at contact@casagaiastudio.com as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee a refund we may be able to offer a credit toward a future workshop at our discretion.

No-Show Policy

Class pack and drop-in members who book a session and do not attend without cancelling in advance will forfeit their class credit for that session. Unlimited members who do not attend a booked session without cancelling will be charged a $10 no-show fee to their card on file.

Exceptions

Casa Gaia reserves the right to issue a refund or credit at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. If you believe your situation warrants an exception please reach out to us directly at contact@casagaiastudio.com. Exceptions are considered on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed.
