Join Austin Shook for an immersive sound healing experience created to invite deep relaxation, presence, and connection. The experience begins with gentle guided meditation or breathwork, allowing the mind and body time to settle before transitioning into an extended journey of sound.

Using an array of instruments from ancient cultures, Austin creates layers of sound and vibration that move throughout the space. Participants are invited to simply lie back, receive, and explore whatever naturally arises—whether that is rest, stillness, reflection, creativity, emotional release, or a deeper sense of connection with themselves.

No previous experience with meditation or sound healing is necessary.
