Service Description
An intimate, heart-opening experience that brings together the ancient medicine of ceremonial cacao, guided meditation, intentional reflection, and live sound healing into one transformational gathering. When you arrive you will be welcomed with a warm cup of ceremonial grade cacao-a sacred plant medicine used for centuries to open the heart, deepen awareness, and create space for clarity. We will walk you through the medicine, its history, and how to work with it intentionally so you feel grounded and informed before you drink. From there you will be guided through a meditation with prompts designed to help you get honest with yourself-whether you are working through something difficult, seeking direction, or ready to call something new in. The cacao amplifies your inner knowing and helps you access answers that are already within you. You will then have the opportunity to share with the group-a moment of genuine human connection that reminds you that whatever you are going through, you are not alone. We close with a short sound bath using crystal singing bowls and healing instruments to integrate the experience and leave your nervous system settled, open, and restored. Please note: Ceremonial cacao is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking antidepressants or SSRIs, have a heart condition, or are sensitive to caffeine. Cancellation Policy
All classes and sessions must be booked in advance through the Casa Gaia booking platform. Sessions are subject to availability. If a session is fully booked you may join the waitlist. Waitlist spots are assigned automatically in the order they were added. If a spot opens up you will be automatically enrolled and notified. You may cancel your booking at no penalty up to 6 hours before your session begins. Cancellations made within the 6-hour window or no-shows will be handled as follows: ~ Unlimited members will be charged a $10 fee to their card on file. ~ Root and Rise members will forfeit one class credit from their membership for that session. ~ Class pack holders will forfeit one class credit from their pack. ~ Drop-in purchases are non-refundable. If you no-show or cancel within the 6-hour window your purchase is forfeited. No refund or credit will be issued. All members and guests must arrive at least 10 minutes before their session. Doors lock 5 minutes after the session begins. Late arrivals will not be admitted and no refund or credit will be issued for missed sessions due to late arrival.
