Cancellation Policy

All classes and sessions must be booked in advance through the Casa Gaia booking platform. Sessions are subject to availability. If a session is fully booked you may join the waitlist. Waitlist spots are assigned automatically in the order they were added. If a spot opens up you will be automatically enrolled and notified. You may cancel your booking at no penalty up to 6 hours before your session begins. Cancellations made within the 6-hour window or no-shows will be handled as follows: ~ Unlimited members will be charged a $10 fee to their card on file. ~ Root and Rise members will forfeit one class credit from their membership for that session. ~ Class pack holders will forfeit one class credit from their pack. ~ Drop-in purchases are non-refundable. If you no-show or cancel within the 6-hour window your purchase is forfeited. No refund or credit will be issued. All members and guests must arrive at least 10 minutes before their session. Doors lock 5 minutes after the session begins. Late arrivals will not be admitted and no refund or credit will be issued for missed sessions due to late arrival.
