Fall Equinox Sound Bath *Special Event*

Service Description

This 90-minute special Fall Equinox sound bath invites you to slow down, release what no longer serves you, and create space for the season ahead. Live sound from crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, harp, monolina, shruti box, flutes, vocals, and atmospheric acoustic and electronic textures will guide you into a deeply immersive experience of rest, reflection, and connection. Lying down is completely optional. You’re welcome to meditate sitting upright, including on the bench along the wall, if that feels more comfortable, especially if you experience back discomfort. Our yoga studio floor is firm, so we encourage you to bring anything that helps you feel supported and comfortable. Vegan faux fur mats are available, or you’re welcome to use your own yoga mat. Bring extra blankets, pillows, or padding if needed. An eye mask can make the experience even more relaxing. The cozier you are, the better. Trust us. About Cristian Buriticá Cristian Buriticá is a sound practitioner, classically trained musician, and producer/composer whose work explores the connection between sound, emotion, and inner experience. His musical background spans classical piano and voice, ambient, electronic, and devotional sacred sound. His sound meditations weave together an assortment of instruments and atmospheric textures to create immersive sonic spaces for inner harmony, release, and connection.
