Service Description
A guided meditation experience where you lie down, close your eyes, and are surrounded by live sound from 12+ instruments-crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and more-played by one of our resident sound healers. Our 360 sound system fills the entire room so the sound wraps around you completely. As the session unfolds your nervous system begins to regulate, brainwaves slow, and the body shifts into a state of deep rest. Regular sound bath practice has been shown to reduce anxiety, lower stress, improve sleep, and support overall nervous system health. Sessions are 50 minutes. No meditation experience required. Vegan faux fur mats are provided. We recommend bringing an extra blanket, pillow, or eye mask for added comfort. If lying down is not comfortable, the bench along the wall is available. Cancellation Policy
All classes and sessions must be booked in advance through the Casa Gaia booking platform. Sessions are subject to availability. If a session is fully booked you may join the waitlist. Waitlist spots are assigned automatically in the order they were added. If a spot opens up you will be automatically enrolled and notified. You may cancel your booking at no penalty up to 6 hours before your session begins. Cancellations made within the 6-hour window or no-shows will be handled as follows: ~ Unlimited members will be charged a $10 fee to their card on file. ~ Root and Rise members will forfeit one class credit from their membership for that session. ~ Class pack holders will forfeit one class credit from their pack. ~ Drop-in purchases are non-refundable. If you no-show or cancel within the 6-hour window your purchase is forfeited. No refund or credit will be issued. All members and guests must arrive at least 10 minutes before their session. Doors lock 5 minutes after the session begins. Late arrivals will not be admitted and no refund or credit will be issued for missed sessions due to late arrival.
