Service Description
An immersive healing experience designed to bring balance to the body, mind, and subtle energy system. Guided by the ancient wisdom of the chakras, Victoria weaves together crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, harmonium, chimes, gong, mantra, and meditation to create a deeply restorative journey. Each session focuses on releasing stress, calming the nervous system, and restoring energetic harmony while inviting participants into a state of profound relaxation and inner awareness. You’re welcome to meditate sitting upright, including on the bench along the wall, if that feels more comfortable, especially if you experience back discomfort. Our yoga studio floor is firm, so we encourage you to bring anything that helps you feel supported and comfortable. Vegan faux fur mats are available, or you’re welcome to use your own yoga mat instead. Bring extra blankets, pillows, or padding if you need them, and an eye mask can make the experience even more relaxing. The cozier you are, the better. Trust us.

Cancellation Policy
All classes and sessions must be booked in advance through the Casa Gaia booking platform. Sessions are subject to availability. If a session is fully booked you may join the waitlist. Waitlist spots are assigned automatically in the order they were added. If a spot opens up you will be automatically enrolled and notified. You may cancel your booking at no penalty up to 6 hours before your session begins. Cancellations made within the 6-hour window or no-shows will be handled as follows: ~ Unlimited members will be charged a $10 fee to their card on file. ~ Root and Rise members will forfeit one class credit from their membership for that session. ~ Class pack holders will forfeit one class credit from their pack. ~ Drop-in purchases are non-refundable. If you no-show or cancel within the 6-hour window your purchase is forfeited. No refund or credit will be issued. All members and guests must arrive at least 10 minutes before their session. Doors lock 5 minutes after the session begins. Late arrivals will not be admitted and no refund or credit will be issued for missed sessions due to late arrival.
