Gaia Full Moon Sound Immersion

Service Description

Under the curious, communicative energy of the Gemini Full Moon, join us for a special sound immersion combining intention setting, guided visualization, and the restorative power of live sound. Gemini invites us to explore our thoughts, question old narratives, communicate with greater clarity, and stay open to new perspectives. This Full Moon offers an opportunity to reflect on the stories we tell ourselves, release mental clutter, and reconnect with what feels true. We’ll begin with a 10-minute guided intention-setting and visualization meditation to help you ground, reflect, and connect with what you’re ready to release and invite into your life. From there, settle into a deeply restorative sound bath surrounded by live sound from 12+ instruments, including crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and more, played by one of our resident sound healers. Our 360° sound system fills the room, allowing sound to surround you completely. As the session unfolds, give yourself permission to quiet the mind, soften the body, and settle into deep rest. Sound baths may help reduce stress, ease feelings of anxiety, and support relaxation and better sleep. No meditation experience required. Vegan faux fur mats are provided. We recommend bringing an extra blanket, pillow, or eye mask for added comfort. If lying down isn’t comfortable, a bench along the wall is available. The more supported you feel, the more you can relax into the experience.
