With the birth of his son William, he turned toward Eastern traditions, studying Theravada Buddhism and serving on the board of the Charlotte Buddhist Vihara under Ayya Sudhamma. His path then led to Advaita Vedanta and Kirtan, where he discovered Neem Karoli Baba in 2018 and later met Krishna Das, one of Baba’s followers and a renowned Kirtan practitioner. He also deepened his connection to the Advaita tradition through Sri Ramakrishna, Swami Sarvapriyananda, and the Charlotte Vedanta Society. Today, Jason devotes himself to Kirtan as a path of meditation, devotion, and unity, hosting weekly Sunday gatherings with his wife Loan in their home. 🚨 PLEASE RSVP UNDER OUR EVENTS PAGE: https://www.casagaiastudio.com/event-details/sacred-sound-a-musical-meditation-2026-10-01-19-15
